The City Council met in a Work Session
at 5:30 p .m., City Hall , Delchamps Room ,
161 North Section Street, Fairhope, Alabama 36532 , on
Monday, 8 March 2010 .
Present were:
Present were Council President Lonnie L. Mixon , Councilmembers : Debbie W.
Quinn , Daniel Stankoski , Michael A. Ford, and Rick Kingrea, Mayor Timothy M. Kant,
and City Clerk Lisa A. Hanks . City Attorney Marion E . Wynne was absent.
Council President Mixon called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
The following topics w ere discussed:
• Work Session minutes
• Farmer's Market and Windmill Market
• Councilmembers u se City Administrator for City information
• Waiver of Fees for Police Officers
• Debbie Quinn brought up the following items
1. Removal of Mailboxes downtown
2 . Bridge over Cowpin Creek
3. County Sales Tax endorsement
• Rick Kingrea brought up the following items
1. Thanked Mayor for signs for public parking
2. Removal of Sign for future wastewater plant on County Road 24
3. Questioned the boat still at Yacht Club
4. Legal Fees clarification
There being no further business to come before the City Council , the meeting was
duly adjourned at 5:51 p.m.
