The City Council met in an Agenda Meeting at 5:30p.m.,
Delchamps Room, 161 North Section Street,
Fairhope, Alabama 36532, on Monday, 24 November 2014.
Present were Council President Jack Burrell, Councilmembers: Diana Brewer,
Michael A. Ford, and Kevin Boone, Mayor Timothy M. Kant, City Attorney Marion
E. Wynne, and City Clerk Lisa A. Hanks. Councilmember Rich Mueller was absent.
Council President Burrell called the meeting to order at 5:43 p.m. The City Council
reviewed and discussed the agenda for their meeting to be held today at 6:00 p.m.
Council President Burrell stated there was a need to change Agenda Item Number 8; a
resolution to purchase two (2) Siemens Industry 15kV Outdoor Vacuum Circuit
Breakers for the Electric Department with a total cost of $42,532.00. This was an
error and should only be for one (1) breaker with a cost of$21,266.00.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting
was duly adjourned at 5:55p.m.
