The City Council met in an Agenda Meeting at 5:30p.m.,
Delchamps Room, 161 North Section Street,
Fairhope, Alabama 36532, on Monday, 27 July 2015.
Present were Council President Jack Burrell, Councilmembers: Diana Brewer,
Rich Mueller, Michael A. Ford, and Kevin Boone, Mayor Timothy M. Kant, City
Attorney Marion E. Wynne, and City Clerk Lisa A. Hanks.
Council President Burrell called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. The City
Council reviewed and discussed the agenda for their meeting to be held today at 6:00
p.m. Agenda Items Number 7, 8, 9, and 10 were briefly discussed: the lease with Theatre
98, Inc., the lease access agreement with Mike Francis, the 8' trail around the Manley
Road Soccer Complex, and the Airport Authority grant acceptance from the FAA.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was
duly adjourned at 5:41p.m.
