The City Council met in an Agenda Meeting at 5:30 p.m.,
Delchamps Room,161 North Section Street,
Fairhope,Alabama 36532,on Monday,23 November 2015.
Present were Council President Jack Burrell,Councilmembers:Rich Mueller,
Diana Brewer,Michael A.Ford,and Kevin Boone,Mayor Timothy M.Kant,City
Attorney Marion E.Wynne,and City Clerk Lisa A. Hanks.
Council President Burrell called the meeting to order at 5:34 p.m. The City
Council reviewed and discussed the agenda for their meeting to be held today at 6:00
p.m.Agenda Item Number 5: a resolution to approve the issuance of the Bonds to
finance improvements and additions for Infirmary Health Systems,Inc. was briefly
discussed.Jim Mitchell with HIS addressed the City Council and explained the reason
for the approval is for HIS to spend funds in the City.Agenda Item Number 8: an
ordinance to prescribe regulations for the Leaseholder and Vehicle Operators of the
Fairhope Municipal Pier Restaurant and Marina for a motorized vehicle was explained by
Mayor Kant and the need for revising. He mentioned ADA compliance for public
accessibility.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was
duly adjourned at 5:57 p.m.
