HomeMy WebLinkAboutO-374ORDINANCE # 374 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13 OF ZONING ORDINANCE #295 Be it Ordkined by the City Council of the City of Fairhope, that Section 13, District Boundaries of Zoning Ordinance #295 be amended as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission by ,rezoning the following described property from R-2 to M-1: Front Lot: The East 140 feet of the West 511.64 feet of the South 150 feet of land East of Brown Street and North of Fairhope Avenue, Div. 4 of the land of Fairhope Single Tax Corporation. Back Lot: East 210.88 feet of the West 510.88 feet of the North 150 feet of land east of Brown Street between Stimpson Street, if extended, and Fair - hope Ave., Div. 4 of the land of Fair - hope Single Tax Corporation. Land located at 563-565 Fairhope Ave., adjoining the West line of the Foster McCoy home location. Introduced at the regular meeting of the City Council on Feb. 13, 1967 and duly adopted at the regular meeting of the City Council on February 27, 1967.
