The City Council met in an Agenda Meeting at 5:30 p.m.,
Delchamps Room, 161 North Section Street,
Fairhope, Alabama 36532, on Monday, 25 April 2016.
Present were Council President Jack Burrell, Councilmembers: Diana Brewer,
Rich Mueller, Michael A. Ford, and Kevin Boone, Mayor Timothy M. Kant, and City
Clerk Lisa A. Hanks. City Attorney Marion E. Wynne was absent.
Council President Burrell called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m. The City
Council reviewed and discussed the agenda for their meeting to be held today at 6:00
p.m. Agenda Item Number 7; a resolution authorizing submission of a pre-application to
ADECA requesting an FY 2016 Recreational Trails Program Grant was briefly discussed.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was
duly adjourned at 5:54 p.m.
