The City Council met in an Agenda Meeting at 5:30 p.m.,
Delchamps Room, 161 North Section Street,
Fairhope, Alabama 36532, on Monday, 10 October 2016.
Present were Council President Jack Burrell, Councilmembers: Diana Brewer,
Rich Mueller, and Kevin Boone, City Attorney Marion E. Wynne, and City Clerk Lisa A.
Hanks. Councilmember Michael A. Ford and Mayor Timothy M. Kant were absent.
Due to the Work Session Agenda Items needing more time for an extensive
discussion, the Agenda Meeting was not held.
