COUNTY OF BALDWIN )(
The City Council met in an Agenda Meeting at 5:30 p.m.,
Fairhope Municipal Complex Council Chamber,
161 North Section Street, Fairhope, Alabama 36532,
on Tuesday, 13 November 2018.
Present were Council President Jack Burrell, Councilmembers: Jimmy Conyers,
Robert Brown and Kevin Boone, Mayor Karin Wilson, and City Clerk Lisa A. Hanks.
Councilmember Jay Robinson and City Attorney Marcus E. McDowell were absent.
Council President Burrell called the meeting to order at 5:54 p.m. The
City Council reviewed and discussed the agenda for their meeting to be held today at
6:00 p.m. Council President mentioned the need to add on the following agenda items:
an Executive Session to discuss pending litigation; a resolution to approve check signers;
a resolution to approve and authorize an update to the water distribution system near the
area of the Portico Development; and a resolution approving the Public Works and
Recreation Department budgets.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was
duly adjourned at 6:02 p.m.
