The City Council met in an Agenda Meeting at 5:30 p.m.,
Fairhope Municipal Complex Council Chamber,
161 North Section Street, Fairhope, Alabama 36532,
on Monday, 10 June 2019.
Present were Council President Pro Tempore Jay Robinson, Councilmembers:
Jimmy Conyers, Robert Brown, and Kevin Boone, City Attorney Marcus E. McDowell,
and City Clerk Lisa A. Hanks. Council President Jack Burrell and Mayor Karin Wilson
were absent.
Council President Pro Tempore Robinson called the meeting to order at 5:10 p.m.
The City Council reviewed and discussed the agenda for their meeting to be held today at
6:00 p.m. Agenda Item Number 13 was briefly explained by Council President Pro
Tempore Robinson and stated that no fees can be waived by the City Council. He stated
that the Fairhope City Council will pay the SI00.00 park fee for the Junior City Council
to use Founders Park for their fundraiser. He mentioned that all funds are being given to
the Fairhope Rotary Youth Club.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was
duly adjourned at 5:14 p.m.
