The City Council met in an Agenda Meeting at 5:30 p.m.,
Fairhope Municipal Complex Council Chamber,
161 North Section Street, Fairhope, Alabama 36532,
on Monday, 11 February 2019.
Present were Council President Jack Burrell, Councilmembers: Jimmy Conyers,
Robert Brown and Kevin Boone, Mayor Karin Wilson, City Attorney Marcus E.
McDowell, and City Clerk Lisa A. Hanks. Councilmember Jay Robinson was absent.
Council President Burrell called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m. The City
Council reviewed and discussed the agenda for their meeting to be held today at 6:00
p.m. Agenda Items Number 23 - Resolution for Mission SCADA System, Number 22 -
Resolution regarding UV System, Number 24 - Resolution regarding Amendment No. 1
with Blue Diving and Salvage, LLC, and Number 17 - Resolution for Procurement for
Recycle and Sanitation Cans and Lids were briefly discussed.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was
duly adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
