HomeMy WebLinkAboutO-314I ORDINANCE #314 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA, that Article 7 Business District Requirements of Zoning Ordinance #295 of the City of Fairhope be amended by insertion of page 28A & B as follows: DISTRICT B - 3 (Tourist -Resort Commercial) USES PERMITTED: Stores and services for resort trade, such as: Sporting goods and outing supply store; curio, gift, and jewelry store; hobby shop; clothing and merchandise store; food shop, delicatessen and restaurant; motel, hotel, rooming house; trailer camp; the sale, repair, renting and storage of boats and related equipment, and boating facili- ties; and similar types of business. Uses permitted in a B-9 (Local Business) District. USES PERMITTED ON APPEAL: Places of amusement. USES PROHIBITED: Any use prohibited in a B-2 (General Business iJ�ict. SPACE AND HEIGHT REGULATIONS MINIMUM LOT SIZE: Same as for B-9 Business District. MINIMUM YARD SIZE: Same as for B-9 Business District. MAXII-WM HEIGHT: 35 feet, or 2 stories. OFF-STREET PARKING: Same as for B-2 Business District. OFF-STREET LOADING AND UNLOADING: Same as for B-2 Business Dis ric .
