11. Resolution - That the City Council authorizes and approves the addition of one (1)
temporary Fire Station Maintenance Coordinator position to the FY 2026 Budget to
align with the retirement of the incumbent who will work with and train their
replacement. This will be beneficial to the City as well as the new employee.
12. Resolution — That Mayor Sherry Sullivan is hereby authorized to execute a Contract
with Jackson Thornton Advisors, LLC for Revenue Requirements Analysis and
Utility Cost of Service Study/Rate Study (RFQ PS26-030) with a not-to-

19. Request — Leslie Edgemon, Chairperson — Fairhope Witches Ride, Baldwin
County Humane Society, requesting permission to close streets in downtown
Fairhope on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for the
Fairhope Witches Ride 2026; and for
Regular Meetings of the City Council shall be held on the 2nd and 4th Monday
of each month immediately following the 4:30 p.m. Work Session
unless prescheduled and announced otherwise.
