• Review and approval of previous meeting minutes
• Operational report from Pat White
• Introduction, comments, and presentations from guests (if any)
• Old Business
o Update on development of sports agreement
o Discussion regarding facility fees study
o Consider motion to update the five-year plan
• New Business
o Consider franchise agreement application from Mary Lee Matzenger/Stephanie
Sandefur, LLC to provide tennis lessons at the Mike Ford Tennis Center
o Coach Safely training and consequences for leagues not providing the city with
their yearly financials
o Address letter from softball league regarding concern about shade structures
• Report from League/Facilities Liaisons (if any)
• General comments from Board, Mayor, Council Liaisons
• Adjourn
