Larry Newton Elementary; Jenny Davis- Fairhope West Elementary: Angie Hall- Fairhope Middle School; John Cardwell- Fairhope High School City Leaders present: Jimmy Conyers Chair David Johnson called the meeting to order at 4:36pm and the March 4th meeting minutes were approved. Funding requests for the 2026-2027 school year were presented, discussed and voted on. All items presented are listed below. The motion passed. Fairhope West Elementary Request Mrs. Davis presented the request on behalf of Fairhope West Elementary, with all items to be funded by 3-mill money (see below for breakdown); After hearing the request as presented, a motion was made by Joe Kelley and seconded by Vickie Bailey.
