Meeting Minutes

Presentation given by Walker Parking Consultants’
The meeting focused on reviewing Walker Parking Consultants' draft study of
Fairhope's downtown parking system and future needs. Walker presented findings
showing approximately 2,600 existing parking spaces in the Central Business
District, with less than a quarter being publicly available off-street parking. They
conducted block-by-block analysis of 17 primary downtown blocks. These
findings are preliminary and will be forwarded to the council for review.
