(Member) absent; Zaylee Bradley, (Ex Officio Member) absent.
Project discussion
The upcoming pickleball tournament was discussed and responsibilities were given to
members. Sponsorships were heavily discussed including who to talk with and a price
bracket for sponsorships. Details about the sign ups were finalized. The council also
discussed food trucks and child activities that will be present on the day of tournament.
New Business
There was no new business discussed at the meeting.
Adjournment
Jackson Wade motioned to adjourn the meeting, Ezra Langley second the motion. The vote
continued unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 4:55pm
