Roll Call
Camille Hausman, (President); Bethany Pierce, (Secretary); Ezra Langley, (Member); Gunner
Kowal, (Member); Jackson Wade, (Member); Sharon Smith, (Member); Virginia Guilian,
(Member); Isabell Daniel, (Member); Wright Wilcoxon, (Ex Officio Member); Zaylee Bradley, (Ex
Officio Member); Mary Elizabeth Owens, (Vice President) absent; Epsie Dorman, (Member)
absent; Fisher Key, (Member).
Field Trip to Pilot Building
After, with the mayor and Mr. Lawson, discussion and presentation about the Hatch company
and what their work entails, the council walked to the Pilot building on Magnolia street. Mr.
Lawson gave a tour of the building explaining how it is a growth center for new and upcoming
entrepreneurs.
Meeting called to order
Camile Hausman called the meeting to order at 4:35p.m. after the tour and presentation given
by Mr. Lawson.
Approval of February 11th meeting
Ezra Langley motioned to approve the minutes from the February 11th meeting, Sharon
seconded the motion. The vote continued unanimously.
Fairhope Junior City Council Project
Further discussion commenced about the tournament. The name of the tournament was
discussed and Bethany Pierce motioned to name the tournament after Bruce Cuddy, a late
member of our community and an avid pickleball player, Gunner Kowal seconded the motion.
The vote unanimously followed through the group. During discussion the council determined
that they needed an extra meeting, explicitly dedicated to project discussion. After discussion of
a date and time Bethany Pierce motioned to call an emergency meeting on March 23rd 2026,
Jackson Wade seconded the motion. The vote continued unanimously.
New Business
There was no new business presented at the meeting.
Adjournment
Ezra Langley motioned to adjourn the meeting, Gunner Kowal second the motion. The meeting
was adjourned at 4:58p.m.
