Meeting called to order
The meeting was called to order at 4:03 p.m. by Camille Hausman.
Roll Call
Members in attendance introduced themselves to Hunter Simmons (Director of Planning) as a
part of roll call.
Camille Hausman (President); Bethany Pierce (Secretary); Sharron Smith (member); Isabelle
Daniel (Member); Jackson Wade (Member); Wright Wilcoxon (Ex Officio Member); Mary
Elizabeth (Vice President) absent; Fisher Key (Member) absent; Virginia Guilian (Member)
absent; Epsie Dorman (Member) absent; Gunner Kowal (Member) absent; Zaylee Bradley (Ex
Officio Member) absent.
Planning and Zoning Department/Building and Permitting Department
The director of Planning, Hunter Simmons, discussed with the council what its like running the
planning department as well as discussing the current projects the department is working on.
Hunter then went on to discuss what the building and permitting department does due to Erik
Cortinas not being able to attend the meeting.
Approval of Minutes from December 11th meeting
Bethany Pierce motioned to approve the minutes, Jackson Wade seconded the motion, the vote
continued unanimously.
Fairhope Junior City Council Project
The council discussed the next steps of their project which included, setting up meetings with
department heads, promotional ideas and budgeting for the Pickle Ball Tournament.
New Business
No new business was addressed
Adjournment
Sharron Smith motioned to adjourn the meeting, Isabelle Daniel second the motion, the vote
continued unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 4:53 p.m.
