Members in attendance
Camille Husman, (President); Mary Elizabeth Owens (Vice President); Bethany Pierce
(Secretary); Epsie Dorman, (Member); Gunner Kowal, (Member); Sharron Smith, (Member)
entered meeting late at 4:10; Ezra Langley, (Member); Wright Wilcoxon, (Ex Officio Member);
Isabell Daniel, (Member) absent; Virginia Guilian, (Member) absent; Fisher Key, (Member)
absent; Jackson Wade, (Member) absent; Zaylee Bradley, (Ex Officio Member) absent.
Approval of December 10th minutes
Epsie Dorman motioned to approved the minutes, Ezra Langley seconded the motion and the
vote continued unanimously
Parks and Recreation Director Presentation
Mr. Pat White gave a short presentation about the many locations that the parks and recreation
department is in charge of. Mr. White asked the council about the things they enjoy most about
his department, as well as discussing upcoming projects, allowing the council to give ideas and
input.
Project Discussion
The council finalized the group’s idea of hosting a pickle ball tournament/ community day and
further discussing various foundations to donate fundraising money to.
New Business
City Clerk, Jenny Opal Wilson, discussed plans of a trip to the capital.
Adjournment
Camille Husman motioned to adjourn the meeting, Epise Dorman second the motion, vote
carried unanimously, meeting was adjourned at 4:46p.m.
