-Introduction of new committee members to principals
-Approval of January 2026 Minutes
-Discussion and vote on Mrs Harrelson amendment request.
-The amendment proposes using $71,199.90 from K–1 funds to
establish a Collaboration Lab for students and teachers. This cost
includes furniture delivery/assembly/set-up, monitors, wiring, and
installation.
-Introduction and presentation of current 2026-2027 projections by
Shane Martin
-New business
-Set next meeting date and time
