D. SD 25.18 Public hearing to consider the request of S.E. Civil, LLC, on
behalf of the owners, FST Washington Square Condominium Development,
Inc., for final plat approval of Washington Square, an 8-unit Multiple
Occupancy Project. The property is zoned R-5 – High Density Dwelling
Residential District. The property is approximately 1.74 acres and is located
on the west side of Bishop Rd. just north of Morphy Ave. PPIN #: 108443
E. SD 26.01 Public hearing to consider the request of the Applicant, S.E. Civil,
LLC, on behalf of the Owner, FST Benessere Partners LP and Benessere
