•Review Highway 13/32 project presentation from November meeting, including discussion
regarding funding options from City Council
•Create new Disciplinary/Complaint Resolution Committee to address player/coach/league board
issues
•Discuss possible reconsideration of facility fees, including baseline position and priorities for
facility use
•Review five-year plan-Cathy Hudson
•Report from League/Facilities liaisons
•Update regarding development of common operating procedures for each sports program
•Comments from Council liaisons/Mayor (if present)
