• Review and Approval of Minutes for
o November 19th, 2025
• Operational report from Pat White
• Introduction and comments from guests (if any)
• Review Highway 13/32 project presentation from November meeting, including discussion
regarding funding options from City Council
• Create new Disciplinary/Complaint Resolution Committee to address player/coach/league board
issues
• Discuss possible reconsideration of facility fees, including baseline position and priorities for
facility use
• Review five-year plan-Cathy Hudson
• Report from League/Facilities liaisons
• Update regarding development of common operating procedures for each sports program
• Comments from Council liaisons/Mayor (if present)
• Old business
• New business
• Adjourn
