BE IT ORDAIIPM BY THE T0" 11 COUNCIL OP THE TOT^1 OF FAIRHOPE, AS
FOLLOrS :
90 TION I: It shall be unlawful for any person or persons
to congregate on the streets or sidewalks within the Town of
Fairhope or within the Police jurisdiction thereof so as to ob-
struct the use of the same.
3"I.CTIOIT Its Any person convicted of violating this ordinance
shall be fined not less than 11.00 nor more than h25.00 and u►.sy
also be sentenced to hard labor for the Town for not more than 30
days.

Councilman J. 0. Stizm son moved that the said Ordinance be finally
passed and adopted, as introduced. Councilman H. 0. Berglin
seconded the motion.
The question being put upon the final passage and adoption of the
said ordinance, the roll vas called with the following results:
Voting Aye: Howard Ruge, Mayor, Councilmen H. 0. Berglin,
Sam Dyson, C. A. Gaston, H. P. Kanner and J. 0. Stinson.
Voting Nay: None,
The Mayor thereupon declared the said motion carried and the
ordinance finally passed and adopted and signed same in approval
thereof.
It was moved by Councilman 11. 0. Berglin and seconded by Council-
man C. A. Gaston that building application of Phil Brady to
construct canopy in front of store be allowed. notion,carried.
It was dily moved and seconded that the meeting adjourn. Uotion
carried. _
