authorizing said Company to auai-idon its electric utility
service to tiie public, a_id does i_er,eby arprovo and concur in

in con_iection therewith, on lh e 1215tii day of July, 1941, copies
of whicii ordors have been exhibited to the moetinL of the To"n
Council of Fairhope.
