Meeting Minutes
Wednesday, October 8, 2025, 4 p.m.

Members in Attendance:
Camille Hausman, (President); Mary Elizabeth Owens, (Vice President); Bethany Pierce,
(Secretary); Isabelle Daniell, (Member); Virginia Guilian, (Member); Epsie Dorman, (Member);
Gunnar Kowal, (Member); Fisher Key, (Member); Sharon Smith, (Member); Jackson Wade,
(Mamber); Zaylee Bradley, (Ex Offcio Member); Ezra Langley, (Member) absent; Wright
Wilcoxon (Ex Officio Member) absent. In addition Jenny Opal Wilson, Assistant City Clerk; and
Paige Crawford, Director of Community Affairs were in attendance.
Call Meeting to Order:
Camile Hausman, President, called the meeting to order at 4 p.m.
Community Affairs- Director Paige Crawford:
Camile Hausman, President, introduced Director Paige Crawford. Paige Crawford presented to
the council what she does day in and day out, along with a break down of how city government
works. She then discussed the many events that the City of Fairhope host and approves. Paige
closed her presentation with ways to get engaged and stay informed within the city. She then led
a discussion with the council on better ways to reach the youth of the city.
Approve Minutes of September 10,2025 Meeting:
The council reviewed the minutes from the September 10, 2025 meeting. Camile Hausman
motioned to approved the minutes, seconded by Epsie Dormen, motion unanimously carried.
New Business:
Jenny Opal Wilson mentioned the Junior City Council project that will be discussed and agreed
upon between the council, as well as the process of completing said project.
Adjourn
There being no further business, Jackson Wade motion to adjourn, seconded by Fisher Key,
motion unanimously carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:23 p.m.
