Minutes of the Fairhope Library Board of Trustees Special Called Meeting
Wednesday, September 3, 2025

Trustees Randal Wright, Dan Stankoski, Anne Johnson
Library Director Rob Gourlay
Absent:
Trustees Andy Parvin, Debra Langham
City Council Liaison Jimmy Conyers
The meeting was called to order by Board Chair Randal Wright at 2:02pm.
The purpose of the meeting was to vote on the new janitorial contract for the library. The library
Director, working with city offices, led the months-long bid process. A brief discussion of the bid
process preceded the vote. Having a quorum present, a motion was moved, seconded and
voted on unanimously to approve the winning bid contract. The new company, Baza, will begin
work October 1st.
The meeting adjourned at 2:15pm.
