'TCTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to
park a motor vehicle, trunk or bus, having an overall
length greater than 18 feet on Fairhope Avenue, be -
tween Bancroft Street and Church Street, on Section
Street between Delmar -venue and Town Hall or on
Church Street between Vairhore kvenue and the middle
of the block on the south, except that commercial
trucks may stop at business houses such reasonable
time as shall actually necessary for loading and un -
loading goods delivered to or received from such
business houses.
SECTION 2. It shall be unlawful for any person to
park any vehicle of any kind on streets or parts of
streets enumeriated in Section 1 hereof, when such
vehicle has any stick, pole, rod, pipe or anything else,
projecting more than two feet beyond the main body of
the vehicle.
S',CTION 3. It shall be unlawful for any person to park
any vehicle on the marked streets of Fairhope other than
between and parallel with the lines marked off for parking.
SECTION 4. Any person violating this ordinance shall be
fined not less than '11.00, nor more than 4 100.00, or may
be sentences to hard labor for the Town for not exceeding
sax months, either or both.
