Meeting Minutes
Tuesday, May 20, 2025, 8:00 a.m.
Fairhope Museum of History, 24 North Section Street, Fairhope, Alabama 36532
Members in Attendance: Bryan Flowers, Chad Bartz, Chris Shrader, Councilman
Jimmy Conyers. Staff present: Chief Stephanie Hollinghead
Bryan Flowers called the meeting to order at 8:05 am.
Chad Bartz made a motion to approve the meeting minutes of April 1, 2025.
Seconded by Brian Flowers, the motion passed unanimously.
Bryan Flowers updated the committee on his meeting with Mayor Sullivan. Bryan
would like to discuss the idea of the Parking Authority not meeting again until the
parking study by Walker is completed. Mayor Sullivan agreed this would probably be
a good idea. Bryan Flowers made a motion to suspend meeting until September 2025,
allowing time to get the data from the study. Chad Bartz 2nd the motion and the
motion passed unanimously.
Bryan Flowers requested that a member of the Parking Authority be placed on the
steering committee for the parking study. Chief Hollinghead will contact Nicole Love
and add his name to the committee.
Chief Hollinghead updated the parking authority on the past two steering committee
meetings and advised she forward the provided slides to the Parking Authority
members for review.
Meeting was adjourned at 9:00 am
Next meeting scheduled on September 9, 2025, at 0800.
