Mayor Nix advised Council about a Utilities Recorder
System. This is a system for the meter readers to record
readings on an automated device. The readings then go directly
into the computer for billings. The System has been very
successful in other cities. Paperwork and errors are reduced.
Councilman Bishop moved to post bid requests to be opened at
the next regular session. Seconded by Councilwoman Nelson,
motion passed unanimously.
Meeting was duly adjourned.
