COUNCILMAN r C IL It STATE OF ALABAMA COUNTY OF BALDWIN The City Council of the City of Fairhope met in special session at the City Administration Building, 387 Fairhope Avenue, Tuesday, June 29, 1976 at 5:00 P.M. with the following members present: Mayor James P. Nix, Councilmen: David E. Bishop, H. G. Bishop, Sam E. Box, 011ie E. Deese and Barney L. Shull. Each member present signed Waive of Notice of the calling of a Special Meeting.for the purpose of discussing and taking necess- ary action on Insurance for the City. Councilman David E. Bishop and Barney L. Shull reported they had made a thorough study of the two policies submitted to the City and recommended that the City continue with the policy they now have with Pitman Realty. Councilman Barney Shull moved, sec- onded by Councilman David Bishop that City accept policy that City presently has with Pitman Realty in the amount of $37,557.00 provided it meets all specifications and with the addition of gas explosion coverage at a cost of $4900.00. Motion carried. Motion duly made, seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn. Attest:
