HomeMy WebLinkAbout04-28-1972 Special MeetingE STATE OF ALABAMA COUNTY OF BALDWIN We, the undersigned members of the Fairhope City Council hereby waive notice of the calling of a special meeting of the Fairhope City Council and do consent that said meeting be held at the City Administration Building in Fairhope, Alabama, at 5:00 P.M., on the 28th day of April, 1972 for the purpose of discussing HUD Water Well Grant. `: STATE OF ALABAMA COUNTY OF BALDWIN The City Council of the City of Fairhope met in special session on Friday, April 28, 1972 at 5:00 P.M. in the City/Administration Building, 387 Fairhope Avenue, Fair hope, Alabama with the following members present: Mayor R. C. Macon, Councilmen: Sam E. Boa, H. G. Bishop, Robert H. Cowen, James P. Nix and. John A. Robertson. Also present Attorney John Duck and Engineer Thad Ingram. Waiver Notice of the Calling of a special meeting for the purpose of discussing HUD water well grant resolution was signed by Mayor and all Councilmen. Attorney Duck read and discussed Resolution required by HUD. Motion by Councilman Box, seconded by Councilman Robertson that the following Resolution be adopted: (Resolution attached) Motion carried unanimously. There being no further business, motion by Councilmen Boa - seconded by Councilman Robertson that the meeting adjourn. Notion carried. Attest: Clerk ProTem Approved Mayor HUD-4701-A (8-66 ) U. S.
