The.:Yg,.ty Council of the City of Fairhope met in special session
Tue§d:ayj January 11, 1972 at 7:30 P.M. for the purpose of open-
ing bids on the sewage treatment plant. Each member present
signed waiver of notice of the calling and holding of the
special meeting. Present: Mayor R. C. Macon, Councilmen: James
P. Nix, John A. Robertson, Robert. H. Cowen, Henry G. Bishop and
Sam E. Box.
In absence of City Clerk, Eloise Wilson served as Clerk Pro-tem.
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor and then was turned
over to Ack W. Moore of Moore Engineering who opened and read the
following bids:

Mr. Moore, Engineer, announced Martin Builders of Mobile as
apparent low bidder and that all concerned would be notified after
evaluation of bids had been completed.
There being no further business the meeting was duly adjourned.
