COUNTY OF BALDWIN
The City Council of the City of Fairhope met in unadjourned regular
session at the City Hall, Friday, February 26, 1965, at 2:30 P. M.
with the following members present: Mayor Macon, Councilmen: Gaston,
Spader, Stine and Stipes.
Mayor Macon stated that the purpose of the meeting was the opening
of bids on Water Treatment Plant and turned the meeting over to
Mr. Donald Mills, Engineer, who opened and read the following bids:

Ebtion by Councilman asto, seconded by Councilman Spader that the
bids be taken under advis`efnent for evaluation and action taken at
the next regular meeting of the City Council on March 8, 1965♦
Motion carried unanimously.
It was duly moved and seconded that the meeting adjourn. Motion
carried unanimously.
