that funds accumulated and to be -accumulated in the Dond Cushion Fund
crated by the Indenture dated February I, 1950, be invested in U. S.
Government Securities in multiples of '�I,.000.00, such securities to be in
;_uror form and to have b maturity date within five years from the date of

BE IT FURTI--IER RESOLVED that as funds accufiulate in the Bond Cushion -und, either
through the r„at,.r i ty and pay-^ .-ni of securities presently hc I d or th rougt, the
accumulation of interest and earnings from securities held from time to time,
��all b(-- reinvested in U. S. Government Securities having maturity ut the
date of Nurchaso-within five years from such date.
Motion by Councilman Bel ew seconded by Councilman Shull that appo i nt^i,nts to
