B. Overton, City Manager C. B. Niemeyer, Counci I^ienr C. F. 3elew, J. F. McDanieli, Wm. R. Ruffles, Jr, and B. L. Shull. The minutes of the previous meetings of April' 8, April 15, and April 22 were read. Motion by Councilman Shull secondud�by Councilman Below that the minutes of April 115 not be approved until an opinion is received from the Attorney Gene-ral. No action. Motion by Councilman Ruffles seconded by Councilman Shull that the Minutes of A April 8 and April 15 be approved" as read. Voting Yes:. :lay or Overton anat Councilman RuffIes. Voting No. Councilmen Belew, MCDanIeli and ShuIli. Motion defeated'. Motion by C ounc11^ian ShuII seconded by C ounciIman BeIew that the meet 1ng adjourn. %',ofi-,n carried.
