County of Baldwin
The City Council of the City of Fairhope met in regular session
at the City Hall, 1--onday, October 10, 1955 with the following
members present: Mayor E. B. Overton, Councilmen: M. 0. Berglin,
L. E. Blatchford, R. H. Brown, R. C. Macon & J.. D. Mason. City
Manager C. B. Niemeyer being absent.
The minutes of the previous regular meeting were read and approved
as read.
The building permit of J. L+. Welgos was referred to the City
Planning Commission.
The Mayor appointed Councilmen Berglin and. Blatchford to investigate
the feasibility of extending streets to the edge of bluff or
making parking areas on the West side of Mobile Avenue in the
Magnolia Beach district.
Motion by Councilman Berglin seconded. by Councilman Brown that
the following bills be approved for payment:
