J. Klumpp, Councilmen M. 0. Berglin, L. E. Blatchford, R. C. Macon, J. D. Mason and E. B. Overton. The minutes of the previous regular meeting were read and approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Mason seconded by Councilman Overton that the building permit of Mr. N. Dawson be approved as submitted. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Macon seconded by Councilman Overton that the building permit of Jordan Clinic be approved as submitted. Motion carried. A vote of thanks was given to Mr. R. C. Macon for acting as City Manager during the absence of Mr. C. B. Niemeyer. Motion by Councilman Mason seconded by Councilman Macon that the City Manager be authorized to rent loader to the V.F.W.
