The City Council of the City of F!jjrho a met in regular
session at the City Hall, Monday, ice` 12, 1953 with
the following members present: Mayor T. J. Klumpp, City
Manager C. B. Niemeyer, Councilmen M. 0. Berglin, L. E.
Blatchford, R. C. Macon, J. D. Mason and E. B. Overton.
The minutes of the previous regular meeting were read
and approved as read.
Motion by Councilman Mason seconded by Councilman Berglin
that the following bills be approved for payment:

Motion by Councilman Berglin seconded by Councilman Macon
that the building permit of Dale Raddliff be approved.
Motion carried.
Motion by Councilman Macon :kkx:kxtka seconded by Councilman
Berglin that the building permit of Graham Oil Company
be approved. Motion carried.
Motion by Councilman Berglin seconded by Councilman Overton
that the building permit of M. Dyson for addition to the
Post Office Building be approved. Motion carried.
Motion by Councilman Mason seconded by Councilman Berglin
that the building permit of the Assembly of God Church be
approved. Motion carried.
Motion by Councilman Macon seconded by Councilman Blatchford
that the City accept bid of W. M. Bagby to paint the Red
Cross Building. Motion carried.'
Motion by Councilman Blatchford seconded by Councilman Mason
that the City accept sealed bids for purchase of the Country
Club Building, bids to be opened at the regular meeting of
the City Council on February 91 1953• The City Council
reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Motion carried.
Motion by Councilman Berglin seconded by Councilman Mason
that the meeting adjourn. Motion carried.
