County of Baldwin
The City Council of the City of Fairhope ret in regular
session at the City Hall, Monday, November 10, 1952
with the following members present: City Manager C. B.
Niemeyer, Councilmen MT. 0. Berglin, L. E. Blatchford,
R. C. Macon, J. D. Mason, E. B. Overton, Mayor Klumpp
being absent. Councilman Mason presiding in the absence
of the Mayor.
The minutes of the previous regular meeting were read and
approved as read.
Motion by Councilman Macon seconded by Councilman Berglin
that the following bills be approved for payment:

Motion by Councilman Berglin seconded
by Councilman Blatchford
that the budding permit of Mrs. 0. K.
Cummings, Sr., be
approved as submitted. Notion carried.
The Council authorized the City iianager to contact Mr. Byrd
Moore in regards to engineering services in Block 6, Division
4, also to contact the Fairhope Single Tax Corporation regard-
ing islands and sidewalks on Magnolia Ave. The City Council
and Colony Council to meet at a later date.
The Council agreed to accept road deed from Mr. Hugh Cole and
Mr. Pinkie Davis for 40' extension of White Aveneav, East, when
same is presented.
It was duly moved and seconded that the meeting adjourn. Motion
carried.
