Councilman Bradford The minutes of the previous regular meeting were read and approved as read. Motion by Councilman Overton seconded by Councilman Steele that the City hard surface the basket ball court at the Public School, the High School to prepare the ground. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Broi+n seconded by Councilman Berglin that the City take a membership in the Fairhope Chamber of Commerce. Motion carried. Moti,.n by Councilman Berglin seconded by Councilman Steele that the City donate $25.00'to the Boy Scouts of America. Motion carried. The Council decided to ask for bids on the Country Club Building with the right to reject -any or all bids. The second regular meeting of the Council for December will be held on Friday December 21, 1951 instead of Monday, December 24, 1951.
