COUNTY OF BALDWIN
The City Council of the City of Fairhope met in regular ses-
sion at the City Hall, Monday, December 11, 1950 at 7:30 PM
with the following members -present: Mayor T. J. Klumpp,
Councilmen M. 0.'Berglin, E. B. Overton and Ira Steele.
Councilmen J. T. Bradford and R. H. Brown being absent.
Motion by Councilman Berglin, seconded by Councilman Steele,
that the minutes of the previous regular meeting be read -
and approved. Motion carried.
Motion made by Councilman Steele and seconded by Councilman
Berglin that the following bills be approved for payment:

On motion by Councilman Overton seconded by Councilman Berg-
lin the following resolution was unanimously adopted:
.This being the date time and place hereto set for the
purpose of hearing objections to assessment of City Ad Va-
lorem taxes for the year 1950, due notice having been given
and no objections filed, the said assessments as made up
and certified by Marie Moore, be and the same are hereby con-
firmed, December 11, 1950. Yotion carried.
Motion made by Councilman Overton seconded by Councilman
Steele that the meeting adjourn. Motion carried.
