The City Council of the City of Fairhope met in
regular session at the City Hall, Monday, July 10, 1950
with the following members present: Mayor T.J. Klumpp,
City Superintendent C. B. Niemeyer, Councilmen 11. 0. Berglin,
J. T. Bradford, R.H. Brown, E. B. Overton and Ira N. Steele.
The minutes of the previous regular meeting viere read
and approved.
Motion by Councilman Brown seconded by Councilman
Steele that the following bills be approved for payment:
