COUNTY OF BALDWIN
The City Council of the City of Fairhope met in
regular session at the City Hall, Monday, April loth,
1950 with the following present: Mayor T.J.Klumpp Sr.,
City Superintendent C. B. "iemeyer, Councilmen: M. 0.
Berglin, J. T. Bradford, R.H. Brown, E. B. Overton and
Ira Steele.
The minutes of the previous regular meeting were read
and approved as read.
Motion by Councilman Steele seconded by Councilman
Overton that the following bills be approved for Payment.
Motion carried.

Motion by councilman Steele seconded by Councilman Brown
that the application of Herbert Forster for permit to
build house and garage on Lot 6 & 16, Block 4, eta,
be allowed,as per sketch on file. Motion carried. �.
Motion by Councilman Bradford seconded by Councilman �?Q
Brown that action on proposed Ordinance be postponed until
the next regular meeting, April 24, 1950. Motion carried.
Motion by Councilman Steele seconded by Councilman
Berglin that the meeting adjourn. Motion carried.
