Hall Tuesday October 9, 1945 at 7:30 P.M. with the following members present: Howard Rugs, Mayor, Councilmen: J. H. Bennett, C. A. Gaston, H. P. Kamper, W. 0. Keeble and J. 0. Stimpson. Motion by Councilman J. 0. Stimpson seconded by Councilman C. A. Gaston that application of Ruffles to move building from Lot 5 Blk 7 Div. 1 to Lot 1, 2, 3 Blk 12 Div. 4 ?Motion carried. Motion by Councilman a. A. Gaston seconded by Councilman J. H. Bennett that application for building permit of Ruffles on Lot 5 Blk 7 Div. 1 be allowed. Motion carried.
