regular session at the Town Hall, ''{onday august
14, 1944 at 7:30 P.". with the following members

BE IT R730= that five ?pI000 .00 United States
Treasury Notes, Tax series C-# C 202869 to C 202873,
both inclusive, held in the Town treasury to the creiit
of the Street Improvement Fund be transferred to the
:'unicipal 'Electric Fund and that �5000.00 plus accrued
interest on said notes be transferred from the runicipal
Electric Fund to the Street Improvement Fund.
BE IT FURT17M R:MLV,D that an additional sum of
'�5000.00 be transferred from the ITunicipal ±;lectric
Fund to the Street Improvement Fund, said sum to be
repaid by the Street Improvement Fund to the 1«unicipal
Electric Fund, with. interest at the rate of tifro percent
per anrum, January* 1, 1945.
It was duly moved and seconded that the meeting adjourn.
