Howard Ruge, Mayor, Councilmen M.6,. Berglin,; C.A. Gaston, Sam Dyson, H.P. Kamper and J.O. Stimpson, the same constituting the full membership of the Town Council. Gaston and seconded by Council- man Sam Dyson that the building permit for screened -in porch be granted to Mrs. A.O. Berglin. Motio n carrried. It was moved by C,ouncilma.n M.O. Berglin and seconded by council man H.P. Kamper that the application of Har6ld McKean for building permit be grEinted. Motion -,carried. (Atk. tract - Lot 4 Div. 1) It was moved by Councilman C.A. Gaston and seconded by Council man M.O. Berglin that the Town take an ad for $25.00 in the 1941 Goldenrod Stmdio Publication. Motion carried. It was moved by Councilman M.O. Berglin and seconded by Council- man H.P. Kamper that Councilman Sam Dyson be authorized to settle for golf course fence with Bank on terms discussed. Mo tion carried. It was moiwed by Councilman H.P. Kamper and seconded by Council main- d 0*-Ztimpson that the Mayor make a survey in reference to Butane Gas Service for Fairhope. Motion carried.. It was duly moved and seconded that the meeting adjourn. Motion carried.
