COUNTY OF BALDWIN
The Town C-ouncil of the Town of Fairhope met in regular
session at the Town Hall, Monday, February 261, 1940 at
7.*30 P.M. with the following members present.: Howard. Ruge,
Mayor, Councilmen H.P. Kamper, M..O. Berglin,_.J.O. Stimpson,
G.A. 'Gaston. and. Sam. Dy s o ne. the same constituting the full
membership of the Town Council.
The minutes of the previous regular meeting were approved
as, read.
It was maned by Councilman. M.Q. Barglin and seconded by
Councilman. H.P. Kamper that the application of. Carl Blox-
ham'for an addition to his present building on Fairhope
Ave.'be'approved as per attached sketch on file. Motion
carried;..
It. was. moved by Councilman J.O. Stimpson and seconded by
Councilman M.O. Berglin that the application. of Harold Mc
Kean for building on Section Street be approved as per
sketch attached, on file• Motion carried.
It was moved by Councilman M.O. Berglin and seconded by
Councilman C.A. Gaston that the Clerk be authorized to,
make a reasonable adjustment in customers water bills due
to excessive water meter reading, resulting from late freeze.
Motion carried.
It was duly moved and seconded that the meeting adjourn.
Motion carried.
