HomeMy WebLinkAbout12-13-1937 Regular MeetingSTATE OYALABAMA COUNTY OF BALDWIN The Town Council of the Town of Fairhope, County of Baldwin, Alabama., met in regular session at the Town Hall at 7:30 P.M. on the 13th day of December, 19379, when and where the following members were present, to -wit; Howard Ruge - Mayor, M. 0. Berglin, Sam Dyson, C. A. Gaston, H.P. Kamper and J.O.Stimpson, the same constituting the full membershi.p of the Torn Council. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read. A. G-ston and seconded by Councilman J. 0. Stimpson that the application of Mr. Green for electrical service be referred to Committee, with power to act. The Mayor a.ppainted Council C. A. Gaston, Raymond 7ood and himself as a committee. Motion passed. It was moved by Councilman C. A. Gaston and seconded by M. 0. Berglin that the claim of G. V. Ward for damages filed under date of Becember 8, 1937 be rejected. Motion carried. It was moved and duly seconded that the mebting adjourn.
