They Council of the TOWN OF FAIRHOPE met
in regular session Monday March 8th.91937. The following
members were present, Howard Ruge Mayor, M: 0. Berglin,
Sam Dyson, C. A. Gaston, H. P. Ka.mper, and J. 0. Stimpson
Councilmen.

Tdoved by C. A. Gaston that the Mayor -be authorized to pur-
chase a No. 101 Littleford Utility Spray Tank from J. D.
Adams & Co., with one extra hand spray, all subject to
satisfactory performance. Seconded by M. 0. Berglin. Motion
carried.
Moved by C. A. Gaston that the Mayor be authorized to take
out a Group Insurance Policy in the Aetna. Insurance Company
covering the members against injury or death while in the
line of duty. 11otion seconded by Sam Dyson, Motion Carried.
Moved by C. A. Gaston that the Water Rates of The Town of
Fairhope be revised as follows, same to take effect on the
bills rendered April 15th., 1937.

Moved by C. A. Gaston, and seconded by M.-O. Berglin that
a reduction of Twenty Five Cents (25c-/) shall be allowed on
Water Bills if paid on or before the loth. , of the month
next following the billing to those not in arrears on water
accounts to the Town. -Motion Carried.
Moved by C. A. Gaston, and seconded by H. P. Kamper that
the rule for Sewer Service charge be amended to provide for
the discontinuance of such charge when water service is dis-
continued.
