BAILDWIN COUNTY
The Council of the TOWN OF FAIRHOPE met in
regular session Monday January the llth., 1937. The follow-
ing members were present, Howard Ruge., Mayor, M. 0. Berglin,
Sam. Dyson, C. A. Gaston, H. P. Ka.mper Councilmen.
The minutes of the previous were approved as read.
The following bills were allowed. Councilman Sam Dyson not
voting.

It was moved by Councilman C. A. Gaston, and seconded by
Councilman M. 0. Berglin that a Building Permit be is-
sued to Forster & Sons for an addition to the building
occupied by Greer as per plans and spevications. Motion
carried.
Motion made; by M. 0. Berglin, and seconded1by C. A. Gaston
that the,Boy Scouts be given the Warehouse Building at the
shore end of the pier on the south side if 5me to be used
by them fora Scout House and that they remove same, and
that consideration be given to finding a new site on the
Public Parks for the building.
